Our Wedding

Kelly and William met at the Capitol in Topeka, KS. After being friends for two years, William asked Kelly out at 2:30am on the front steps of the Capitol as the legislative session came to an end. They went on their first date in Kansas City and have been together ever since. In October, William proposed in the same place he had asked Kelly on their first date!

Tuxedos and floor-length gowns are welcomed, but not required. Dark suits, formal cocktail dresses, and other elegant evening attire are equally appropriate. We want to see your New Year's Eve best!

Kansas City Marriott Downtown

There will be parking available at St. James Academy. SJA is about 25 minutes away from the hotel and venue. There is a reserved parking lot with a security guard across the street from the venue, Magnolia. The hotel is a short distance from Magnolia and has its own parking. It might be just as easy to uber/lyft between events.
